Build gpio command line tool as Executable

Unread post by IET_DEMO » Wed Feb 12, 2020 8:14 am

Hi guys,

I builded the example-wiringPi-odroidc2_gpiomem application for odroid C2.

A guy( viewtopic.php?t=24998 ) was saying to build this application to get the gpio command line tool to change the mode of the gpio pins.
WIth this command line :gpio -1 mode 11 down

But after installing the application in my C2 this tool is not there.

I have experience in building jni executables for android devices, but i just can't seem to be able to build the gpio command line tool as executable.

I looked a lot of generic examples for the wiring pi, but i found nothing specific for the gpio command line tool.

Does anybody have a clue for that, or is there any other reliable way of change the mode on a specific pin?

PS I am just looking to read the value of GPIO a pin for a very basic project.

Thanks

David
