[SOLVED] No power LEDs when plugged in power button pushed

Unread post by jbyrnescu » Thu Jan 30, 2020 10:10 am

Hi All,

I'd like to know how to troubleshoot what happened to my ODroid Xu4. I have a multimeter/Oscilloscope. How do I test the main components to see which one failed?

Thank you,
John Byrne

If you can read schematics, trace 5Volt rails with a DMM first.
Page 2 is a starting point and check input and output voltage of the TPS259251 IC.

Thanks for the schematics... I honestly didn't get a chance to dive into them because it turns out, in this case, someone stepped on the plug (probably me) and unplugged it. Glad I didn't have to troubleshoot that one! (Although... I didn't gain any experience either.) I'm glad the schematics are available in case I need to use them in the future.
