If my system is - i5-3210M, 16GB DDR3 1600mhz, WIndows 7, 1080p display, SSD OS,

And the H2 has Win10, NVme, j4105, 16GB DDR4, UHD monitor, would will be faster performance?

Multi-core on the H2 will be faster, otherwise they will be similar in performance. Anything IO related the H2 will likely perform better with NVMe.

Here is the simple comparison by UserBenchmark: https://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/I ... 9vsm444211
Not that much difference between them but it's hard to decide which one is overall better.

But apart from the CPU performance, we can surely see,
- J4105 that H2 uses has much lower power consumption, J4105 TDP is 10W but 3210M's is 35W.
- DDR4, NVMe, ...
- Integrated HEVC decoder. This feature definitely useful when you play 4K videos these days.
- All-in-one PC comes with a reasonable price. Even you can use dual 4K monitors.
- a lot of things I can't remember... :)
