You have to build/test it by your own OMV 5 is still beta

First of all you have to build a Debian 10 Buster image best from here viewtopic.php?f=96&t=24309 or get an already pre-build pure Debian Buster image from here or from Meveric from here a dpkg-reconfigure openssh-server (Meveric Image) is need after first boot so OpenSSH server will generate new keys to accept connections and that's only possible if you have a serial debug cable on a HC2  .

You can follow the OMV 4 install guide from here ... ebian.html, but instead of adding the package servers for OMV 4 (Arrakis) you should add the one from OMV 5 (Usul)

    Code: Select all

    cat <<EOF >> /etc/apt/sources.list.d/openmediavault.list
    deb usul main
    # deb usul main
    ## Uncomment the following line to add software from the proposed repository.
    # deb usul-proposed main
    # deb usul-proposed main
    ## This software is not part of OpenMediaVault, but is offered by third-party
    ## developers as a service to OpenMediaVault users.
    # deb usul partner
    # deb usul partner
After this you can follow to process the install guide
