Impossible to activate Gapps in my N2

Unread post by Argentum_90 » Sat Nov 02, 2019 1:49 am

Hello,

I followed the instructions of the tutorial of installing Gapps. I have installed them, and registered my device in Google as mentioned (I can see its number on the web, this is ok).
However, when I try to open Google Play, I get the message of "The device has not the Play Protect certification", and I am unable to log in.

Can anybody help me to solve that?
Thanks

It takes time, try clearing cache to Google Play.

You're welcome, I don't know why Google doesn't make it clear that it may take hours and clearing Play Store cache may expedite the process.

Clearing the play store cache may be a difficult thing to do for the average user. Though the average user doesn't use custom firmwares...
