one xu4 can't boot, another works well

Unread post by nantiangumo » Wed Sep 18, 2019 11:27 am

Hi author,
Just now i measure some signals on the failed xu4.The real situation is :
1, RTC is ok, nets XTI, XTO is measured frequency 32.7672KHz.
2, VDD_IO is zero when release the button, it is 2V when pushed button, but voltage can't hold state when release.
3, VDD_EMMC_1V8 is zero when release botton(can't measure when push botton).
4, VDDF_2V85 is zero when release botton(can't measure when push botton).

Do you have any further suggestion to fixed it? Thank you.

Thank you for the detail measurements.
But I think the PMIC or CPU seems to be damaged unknown electrical shock.

Please contact "odroid at hardkernel dot com" with a link of this post.
They will help your RMA process if you purchased the board from our web-store directly.
Otherwise, contact your local distributor/reseller.
Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
