Which device?

Hello... I'm a total newbie and I'm curious which hardware is the best or most powerful for using Android OS ?

That somewhat depends on what you were using Android for, but ranking by RAM;
H2>N2>XU4

It depends on how much bang or how little buck you need.

If you want to spend minimal bucks, the $5 rpi0 can help,
If you want it to be snappy, the XU4 has 8 CPUs to help.
If you want to use a web browser, the N2 has 4GB of RAM and fast crypto to help. (no 64b Android build for the N2 yet)
If you want to use more than one heavy app at a time, the speed and 32GB RAM of the H2 will help.
If you want to compile Android on Android, some AMD EPYC 7742 2P will help.

N2(2GB) Android or CoreELEC OS can play 720p/1080p/4K videos.
But Netflix video is limited at 720p on Android, 1080p on CoreELEC.

If your goal is to play from browser - on android any board should be fine, on ubuntu - currently xu4 has the best browser acceleration.
