I purchased my N2 on launch and have been very happy with it so far, working nicely as a dedicated server/NAS/web server/etc. However I've had a few issues, first of all getting video playback to work.
My setup is based on the Ubuntu Minimal 20190329 image (installed on a uSD card) and after the usual system update I installed
ubuntu-mate-core. The DE works fine and I'm getting a proper 1080p signal outputted to the display (TV). Attempting to play a video file with
c2play, I get the following output:
Code: Select all

kplayerand although it doesn't crash per se, it does not output video/audio so I presume it just decodes.
I'm assuming this is an issue with drivers or config. How should I proceed to get this working?
Another issue is that
aptseems to want to remove
lighttpdon system update since a couple of months, which puts me off updating. I'm assuming packages are set to be removed if the system does not recognise them as being used at all, but why would it think
lighttpdis not used when it's running service(s) etc. (as mentioned, using the N2 as a web server)?
