TrustZone support

Unread post by alanpark » Wed Jun 12, 2019 9:22 am

Dear Engineers in Hardkernel,

I am highly interested in TrustZone, and I found many board kits for development do not support TrustZone.(eg. Raspberry Pi)

But, I found that ODROID N2 supports TrustZone; however, I am not sure what it means. Some makers of development kits say they support TrustZone, while supporting only CryptoCell or something!

I want to make some experimental Trustlets on TrustZone, so I want to ask you whether I can program and run some Trustlets I would write on ODROID N2.

If I cannot, please advise me another model that I can write and test Trustlets.

If N2 supports trustlet programming, then tell me which OS you use on TEE.

Thank you.

Best Regards,
Alan Park

We have no experience of TEE related programming at all. Therefore, there is nothing to support.
So you have to try to find other vendor's board.
But I have a big doubt any existence of the publicly accessible Trustzone SDK for the ARM Linux boards.

The ODROID-N2 is also not able to support TEE like other vendors. If you like to use TEE and develop a TA for your application, please do research the boards certified by Linaro or look up the boards listed in the OP-TEE project.
