The wifi module is mounted on a Odroid xu4 board. The security of the network is WPA2 enterpise and authentication is PEAP. No CA certificate is required.
I am sure that the username and password are correct. The module 4 works well with the configuration. However, the wifi module 5A cannot work.
The 5A module is able to connect to 'usual' hotspot which only requires a password.
[SOLVED] The wifi module 5A cannot connect while the module 4 works well

What is your current working Kernel version?
Do you have WiFi Module 5A or the old 5?

It is Module 5A and the linux kernel is 4.14.85 armv7l and ubuntu 18.04 is used. What should I do to detect the problem?

Update the system with the following four steps via Ethernet connection first. And test the WPA2 Enterprise PEAP.
https://wiki.odroid.com/odroid-xu4/os_i ... st-upgrade
The latest kernel version should be "4.14.111-158" after updating.
If it doesn't help, we have to prepare a test environment for the same wireless security to reproduce the issue.
In worst case, Realtek RTL8811AU driver in the Kernel might have a compatibility issue and we may try other driver versions.
