Richard
You would be able to reach them from 8:00AM to 5:00PM officially by the phone, but I am afraid that you will be guided to visit this forum and post your concern regarding the issues of ODROID products due to the lack of resources and various different types of problems which cannot be covered by in person on the phone. Please let us know what's your issue or concern any time if you are not happy to share your concern in the public area, you can mail to hardkernel at odroid dot com or PM to odroid or me.

0820 in Korea and none answers the phones !!!

I'm very unhappy with the way hardkernel and it sales agents treat customers
I purchased a second C2 for my son, and after a lot of trying to get the HK IR to work properly
I found by substitution I had a duff C2
I posted on the forim and was ignored
I was only after the C2 was returned to the dealer, that someone in HK botherd to answer my postings

When I say sunstitution I mean the eMMC card from the second C2 with a fault ran perfecrly on mine, all other components cound be used on my C2 and
it worked.
But on the new C2 , the key roollover when using the IR remote was too fast, press a key on the remote and it would display two or three entries when using IRW.
I had two of everything so easy to test.
Odroid UK detremined by testing, all they did was power up , nothing else, there was nothing wrong with the C2
and my use of it was not suitable..
Like 50% of users , I use it with kodi for watching streamed video.
They did not send a replacement as agreed, requested everything back so they could refund
and sell it to someone else.
Joy at HK did some work and did find some units responder otrhers didn't.
I requested my C2 sent back to HK to verify the fault.
I was told by HK the UK dealer would send a replacement.. HK said they have been in touch with the Odroid UK dealer
Now they wanted all back , now I find they refunded for the C2, and have basically said they will not supply another unit
so I'm stuck now with a spare 16GB eMMC card, RTC, case and PSU

Dont what ever anyone thinks but anything from Odroid UK, tou will regret it !!!!, I have several odroids, I'm not a novice

Now 0850 in Korea so time to try the phone again

I've seen that @joy was supporting to find the problem and noticed that your issue ODROID-C2 was discussing, let me check with the person who may had discussed with UK distributor how your device will be managed.
Even I said 8AM, maybe the person who may be able to response the call would be late or somehow not able to response.
Sorry about any inconvinient happened with your ODROID-C2.

Tapatalk wishes you to have fun with ODROID.

for the benefit of other users
I have tried to telephone HK several times this morning
They do not answer the 3 numbers given on the website
Its now 0355 in the UK, so back to bed

I dont know how I'm supposed to have fun with a C2 I haven't got and will never be able to replaced in the UK.
So I'm left with having to buy one from HK direct.
I feel like HK are more concerned with sales instead of their customers and users.
BUt they should realise that if you dont look after customers and users ,they eventually go away so you make less sales

As I have checked the situation in the office, the sales had discussed with UK dealer and they also had contacted you to offer a couple of options.
What I've noticed is that UK dealer had refunded the amount of ODROID-C2 already, your faulty ODROID-C2 is shipped to Korea to analyze the problem when it arrives which would take some time. Myself or @joy will try to figure out the problem based on your previous post when the device arrives.
Also @joy had sent you a PM this morning to assist you if you have any concern.
I'm describing things what I learned from the emails forward from my sales and heard.

Good morning

now considering that in my reply to the personal mail to you at 0254 UTC
Good Morning its 0320 here in the UK so thats 1220 in Korea
and NOONE can be bothered to answer any of the 3 telephone numbers you publish on your web site.
If these numbers +82 70 8633 5159, 5159 & 5038 are incorrect, may I remind you I have asked repeatedly
for contact phone numbers.
the same as I sent Joy a copy of the last email from Odroid UK

It seem that not only do not answer you phones , but fail to read replies to meassges sent.
This just get worse and worse and worse

The phone numbers used were that on your web page at the bottom

]

AND I repeat again and again I NEVER ASKED FOR A REFUND I aked from the outset for a replacement C2

Odroid UK were passed the section of YOUR wiki relevant to LIRC and ubuntu 18.04
there answer was that all the C2 stock was the same.
and the C2 was not suitable for my use.
I use my C2 with kodi as a media unit to stream video from various sources, as a very high prportion of owners of C2s do.

I replied with

NB. these are in reverse but it shows yet another Odroid UK misrepresentation

misrepresentation is the legal term for not telling the truth.

no change would be seen
I suspect it wasn't checked

The way to check its running is

that if its running gives this :-

I draw your attention to the page on the wiki
https://wiki.odroid.com/odroid-c2/appli ... buntu18.04

NOWHERE on that page does it say to check if lircd and lircd-uinput processes are running.

THERE IS PROOF that Odroid UK have not told the truth, and anything they say to you MUST be considered as misrepresentation.

Furthermore the MD of odroid UK tolk me that if he sent another unit it could never be returned should it be faulty.
This is a breach of the conditions of waranty of the unit and also a breach of UK consumer protection law
I've put this on forum as its public domain

Hi mad_ady

Considering I'm left with a spare eMMC card , a RTC , case and power supply.
I would like to see this sorted.
I've been called a liar that anything was wrong with C2 by the UK dealer,
the cost of the C2 refunded when I'd asked for a replacement, and basically told not to purchase from them.

I'm not very happy.
especially I know the C2 has a problem as the eMMC card can be put on my original C2 and it works fine and if I put the eMMC card from my C2 on the defective C2
the problem is still there.
The UK dealer has lied to me and from the comments made by HK he's lied to them as well.
Its nearly May and there is no chance of getting this resolved.
Furthermore, under UK law my legal protection rights are reducing.
They may be very busy, but it only takes a very short time to keep me up dated.

@richard, I've asked the tracking number of your board and I will check where it is when I have it, I believe it's on the way. Until your board has arrived, what I can do is very less. I understand the problem and your concern so what I can do for you is to look into your board when I have it and let you know how it is. Then we can discuss what we can do next. If you have any other technical questions or concerns or if you are still not happy with it, please let me know.

@richard, your board has arrived from UK, I and @joy had a quick test with Ubuntu 18.04 plus Lirc 0.10.0 on my eMMC (Orange) which is a fresh image you had mentioned in another thread. In the quick test, I have not observed abnormal functions with HK's stock IR remote. I don't think the board itself is faulty or defected, but I will look into more carefully if the IR receiver could be malfunctioning for some reason.
What I am wondering is what kind of light bulb is installed in the place where ODROID-C2 was running. Also, whether or not the eMMC which was running with this board you doubt the hardware problem can run on your OK board.
Let us keep update you after having more tests.

Thank you.

Hi
glad it arrived.
The eMMC card was installed, the ambient lighting used in both locations was white LED, but the same performance was seen in daylight.
It performed the same with two different remotes.
And swapping the EMMC cards between my C2 and that resulted in the fault staying on the C2 you now have.
So that rules out the remotes, the software and the eMMC cards.
I would NOT have returned a working C2.
I had the advantage of two C2 boards two remotes and two eMMC cards, and two power supplies.

the only thing I didn't check was putting the C2 in your possesion in the blue case I use for mine, instead of the black case supplied by odroid UK.

Can you check if you are suppling cases for the C2 to odroid uk or are they getting them made and selling the fake odroid C2 cases as real ones.
being black they may have acted as IR filters, but that would not explain the repeats when running IRW.

The eMMC card is now being used in my XU4 without any problems
So NOT the eMMC card as tested with another working eMMC card as well
Not the power supplies
Not lighting as daylight and artificial produce the same
NOT the remore as both did the same
RTC can be ruled out as it did the same without it mounted on the board

THAT leaves ONE thing only the C2 you have
Richard

I hope you find what the problem is , please DONT try to blame the user as that is also multiple , albeit genetically related.

I could check for you, but I don't think they build the case by themselves or selling fake one for ODROID-C2.

So am I, I don't think the case cause the problem.

I don't think eMMC itself has the problem, just guessing a driver could make a problem when a system is a bit overloaded for some reason. Obviously, this does not convince me but ATM it is after having your board and test it.
THAT leaves ONE thing only the C2 you have
The thing what I can do is to test the board since I don't have anything else you had tried with, eMMC or remote. Sure, I am going to check the board if the IR signal has the problem or IR remote sensor is malfunctioning in a certain condition.
I hope you find what the problem is , please DONT try to blame the user as that is also multiple , albeit genetically related.
Well....this makes me demotivate...

I dont see why not being able to blame the user demotivates you ?
The only applcation that board was used for is kodi, exactly the same as my C2, which works very well , with a reasonable load on the CPU
I found with that board when using IRW a single keypress resulted in multiple instances, and no matter what was set in the the lirc config files made no difference.
Both the HK remotes are about a year maybe two years old, both when used with that board had the same effect.
If that makes you feel demotivated, how do think it makes me feel, I've been called a liar by Odroid UK, told not to buy anything from them , told I'm not using a C2 properly.

All I have is a spare RTC, case and power supply. No way of getting a replacement, unless there is a reputable dealer elsewhere in Europe, I have asked HK for a list of dealers in Europe, but no answer, yup I'm very demotivated, you have a long way to catch up on how I fell.

Don't count on pollin though. They're not shipping outside germany.

Regarding weird behavior - a year or so ago I noticed problems mounting my nfs shares after a kernel update. Since it happened only to me, I looked closer to the kernel and it seems the faulty kernel had a different sha1 sum compared to the same version, working kernel. After I reinstalled it everything started to magically work. I never found out what caused the corruption in the first place and hasn't happened since (black emmc).
What was weird was that the system appeared to be running ok apart from nfs - I wouldn't have guessed file corruption could be the cause.
But you've tried with a known-good emmc and it didn't work, right? And have you tried putting the known-good odroid in your son's place to see if it behaves ok? That should rule out the environment as well.

Hi Adrian
I dont use NFS at all, and the new C2 behaved badly at my sons place and here. which sorta rules out that one.
I also reloaded the eMMC card twice , both times the same action.
That card works fine in My C2 but not the new one, and If I put my card in the new C2 it still behaves badly.
I'm using the eMMC card all the time in my C2, its gets used several times daily to watch certain US TV crimes shows
on a certain unsupported kodi application which I wont name , but is very biblical.

You can get unexplained behaviour on many devices, like my XU4, and its blue led, there on boot and appears when it feels like.
you can write to the trigger register and it makes no difference.
OK on Pollin, I'm sure there are others who will ship to the UK.
I like the look of the new N2 , but if I buy one it has to be from a dealer that can provide some service.
Just powering it up and saying nothing wrong with it is not good enough, that doesn't even check if any device is defective.
In your work that would be the same as plugging a large switch and saying its perfectly functional as long as the leds on the
RJ45 connectors are seen.
Have fun

@richard, please do me a favor.

Can you run irw on your OK ODROID-C2 and keep pressing a key (any key is fine) for a while if it gives a log with incremental index in the second column like below. Sometimes it would be cut, but most of keys are keep increasing and key is recognized flawlessly in good case.
000000004db24bb4 00 KEY_DOWN odroid
000000004db24bb4 01 KEY_DOWN odroid
000000004db24bb4 02 KEY_DOWN odroid
000000004db24bb4 03 KEY_DOWN odroid
000000004db24bb4 04 KEY_DOWN odroid
000000004db24bb4 05 KEY_DOWN odroid
000000004db24bb4 06 KEY_DOWN odroid
000000004db24bb4 07 KEY_DOWN odroid
000000004db24bb4 08 KEY_DOWN odroid
000000004db24bb4 09 KEY_DOWN odroid
000000004db24bb4 0a KEY_DOWN odroid
000000004db24bb4 0b KEY_DOWN odroid
000000004db24bb4 0c KEY_DOWN odroid
000000004db24bb4 0d KEY_DOWN odroid
000000004db24bb4 0e KEY_DOWN odroid
With your former BAD ODROID-C2 shows choppy logs sometimes and I will see if this is the IR receiver problem.
Since its' 2:40AM here, I am leaving...

wow 0240 ,, thats late to be working.

heres the listing you asked for , there is some where the key is held down, and the output is incremental, and some
where the key is pressed let go and pressed again.
the one you have if you press a key and let go you get more than one response, sometimes up to three responses from a single key press

@richard, I've spent more time to find out the IR problem on your ODROID-C2...but unfortunately, I cannot find or reproduce it on my end.
I've checked the signal from IR receiver and had compared with OK board, no difference.
I've swapped eMMC with another ODROID-C2, no difference.

I am not going to say that the ODROID-C2 does not have a problem and working perfectly. But I cannot find out abnormal behavior either.
As the person who brought LIRC in HK since ODROID-C1, I suspect the malfunctioning driver which I modified. I modified the driver since I observed the abnormal case that LIRC couldn't parse the bit stream of IR remote. What I can say today is that I will look into the driver again and will see if it can be improved.

I think this much is what I can do for you, I am sorry about not able to find the root cause what you are willing to hear.

Thank you.

OK

thanks for looking, Did you look at what happens with a single key press, and how many resultant presses irw reports.
I found when navigating around the menus in kodi it was un-useable , the up /down button woul d repeat and you could not select from the menu, and if you did manage to select a menu item, the "OK" button repeated so many times you could not get the required result.

So now I'm in the position IF I replace , of having to find an EU supplier who will dispatch to the UK, I have been told by the UK dealer he wont sell and honour any warranty.

I've had no reply from the French dealers who I've asked if they will ship to the UK, the Germans wont, I suspect Brexit is not helping .
So getting replacement C2 is going to be difficult, through no fault of mine, and as for getting a N2 the only way is to buy direct from HK and pay the taxes and duty, which I have no objection to, but I object to paying the courior an addtional USD25 -30 to collect the tax and duty.

It's not Brexit. They have an electronic waste law that doesn't let them sell abroad.

I've tested in my office under the fluorescent light (220V/60Hz) which is an ordinary lightning system here and another test last night was done at home under the LED bulb, my testing with Ubuntu and Kodi were just fine to play with HK remote for a single key press or keep pressing a key. I've probed the signal from IR receiver with an oscilloscope and the waveform and the signal level was ok, no distortions. Also, have compared with other ODROID-C2 I have, the result is the same.

I understand the problem since I've read your previous post and heard from @joy, I can imagine how it was...I am just opening that the problem could occur in a certain environment. Just this case with your ODROID-C2, it's a bit hard to debug and find out the reason since it's not reproducible. Let me keep your ODROID-C2 and let it run all the time on my desk if it makes the problem again.

Thank you.

OK,
can I suggest load kodi on it or something similar that is menu driven that you need to step up and down the menus using either the up/down keys on a keyboard or the up/down keys on the HK remote.

Sure, since it will be on my desk I will load Kodi and play with it whenever I grab my remote.

@tobetter: could the interference be caused by the remote being interpreted by both LIRC and the TV, and the TV sending the same codes via CEC? That would explain the behavior, though it shouldn't show in your previous irw tests.
@Richard: what TV does your son have? Also, do you remember if CEC was reported as being on?

I'm just fishing as well...

Hi Ady
my sons TV is a samsung and mine is a LG, it did the same with both TVs
and I was seeing the repeat keying on IRW at both sites,
I dont think CEC was involved
The only thing I noticed was I could turn my sons TV off with the HK remote
#this whole thing is very weird

Wow, good use case seriously.
What I understand is @richard uses HK stock remote and I don't think it works with any, probably?, commercial device. Since the manufacturer code won't be matched with TV. Let me find out if there is vendor which uses 4DB2.

Maybe @richard can confirm if any input device is attached and TV brand.

IR relay?? But this does not explain the problem that menu bar keeps moving up and down?

My samsung TV came with this ir extender: https://r.tapatalk.com/shareLink?url=ht ... are_type=t

It could relay (and duplicate IR signals). I'm guessing that combined with suitably reflective walls, strong batteries/signal in the HK remote it might be able to duplicate a signal, broadcast it, pick it up again from reflections and rebroadcast it... It's possible the TV's remote was unaffected because the TV recognizes its own codes...
Just speculation... @Richard - any idea if such a device is in use?

I dont know about my sons house, but definietly not at mine

I try to keep all appliences as simple as possible so there is no reaction to the amount of RF I can generate
I can generate 10KW erp on 2.3GHz of SSB, wifi on 2.4GHz doesn't like it very much :)
Luckily for me my nieghbours dont realise whats happening and just think their router is misbehaving

The saga continues
As far as I'm concerned Harkernel customer service has let me down tottally

they dont answer phones, they dont answer PMs

I know that C2 was defective
When you have two units side by side and you can swap s/w, eMMC cards, power supplies and you still have a defective unit, that is pretty clear proof...
I had a refund from Odroid UK, against my wishes as I wanted aworking C2
And I can buy another as they have refused to sell with any warranty.
which means as I bought a complete kit , case , eMMC,RTC, case,& power supply, I am really out of pocket.
I can buy another C2 from a supplier in The Netherlands but I have to pay additional postage. about 25% of the cost of the C2

Its pretty clear to me that once you buy a hardkernel product, as long as it works its fine, but if it doesn't , customers dont matter
I would have recommended Hardkernel products up to now, but I can no longer do that . I will just reply in latin "Caviat emptor"

Since joy/tobetter couldn't find the cause with your original unit, aren't you running the risk of getting a new unit that behaves the same way?

Definitely not

Just because THEY couldn't find what was wrong with it, does not mean that all C2 units are the same, IF they were all the same
how come that when I had two C2's one works and one doesn't

AND
considering that faulty unit had a problem with compatibility with the HK remote, does that mean theal ALL C2's dont work with the HK remotes

I don't consider so.
If they didn't find the fault it just means they either didn't try or they didn't try hard enough.

AT Least they should have had the curtiousy to replay to PMs

There is NO defence to the way HK now behave

They may be culteral differences between the West and Far East, but I dont know of any difference that says if someone sends mail it should not be answered

There should be no cultural differences probably.
We've shipped over 200,000 C2 boards and over 20,000 remote controllers all over the worlds but you seems to be the first person who has the serious IR issue.
So we tried to reproduce the issue here but we couldn't. Therefore, there is nothing to do at this moment except for refunding because we can't visit your son's room to investigate the IR interference environment.
It was the main reason why the UK distributor suggested a refunding process.

If you have any other suggestions, please let us know.

So Why all tthis rubbish that is is being used incorrectly. ????

All I have done is to use the C2 with Kodi as a set to box, and the remote could not be used as every time a key was pressed on the remote the key stroke would repeate several times, so impossible to scrool down menus etc.
AND
it did exactly the same as in my home as my sons , so please stop that CRAP about IR interference just use what I sent you

THE UK DEALER HAS REFUSED TO REPLACE < REFUSED TO SELL ANOTHER TO ME, REFUSED to HONOUR ANY WARRANY ON ANY PRODUCT BOUGHT BY ME..

WHEN i ASKED FOR ASSISTANCE AT THE START YOU DID NOTHING., CHECK YOU POSTS !!!!!!!
THE UK DEALER IS A ROUGE, IT IS AGAINST UK LAW TO SELL A PRODUCT AND REFUSE TO GIVE ANY WARRANTY INCLUDING THE MANUFACTURERS
I SAID I WANTED A REPLACEMENT , NOT A REFUND AND REFUSAL TO SELL ME ANOTHER, AS AS YOU ARE SAYING I HAVE NOT USED IT CORRECTLY.

hOW MANY USERS JUST INSTALL UBUNTU 18 , AND KODI, AND USE IT WITH A HARDKERNEL REMOTE , PROBABLY THOUSANDS,,

ARE THEY ALL WRONG ???????/ THATS WHAT YO THE DEALER AND EVERYONE ELSE IS SAYING

i AM NOW VERY ANGRY AS YOU HAVE TWISTED A GENUINE FAULT TO COVER THE LACK OF SERVICE PROVIDED.

ARE ALL THE KODI USERS WRONG , THATS WHAT YOU ARE SAYING

@richard-g8jvm,

As we told you, we couldn't reproduce the random key repeating issue with Kodi 17.6 on the Ubuntu 18.04 Mate.
But you might not believe our test result.
Do you really need a video as an evidence?

We already tested several other C2 samples.
We also spent money to ship your C2 board from UK to Korea.
We couldn't reproduce the issue with your board either.

So I had to tell you that we couldn't find what we could do anymore.

then why say that it was IR interference, and I was not using a C2 properly ??????

And why when PM mails sent is it just too much trouble to answer them ??????
I've lost about US$ 55, because i purchased a complete system kit C2, RTC, Case, Power supply and 16GB eMMC,,,

I had asked for a replacement C2, instead I was refunded for the C2 only, and refused another, the purchase a another C2 I have to buy from a dealer outside the UK
with very high postage costs, 25 ~30 Euro.. Lilliput , trading as Odroid UK have behaved badly , and the refusal to replace and refusal to provide any warrany on you products is in breach of UK consumer law.
That unit WAS faulty
Everything was checked by substitution before it was returned , and at TWO different locations
Just because yo cant find something does not mean it is not faulty.
My Odroid XU4 is an example with its intermittany blue flashing led, which flashes when it feels like it

I have no idea about the Liliput's policy since we are totally separated companies.

Anyway, If we refund for C2, RTC, Case, PSU, remote controller and eMMC, can you feel more comfortable?
Let's consider that way to close this time consuming argument.
Please send them to us and we will refund immediately once we receive them.

Lillilput trade as Odroid UK, thats using your product name
So you should be very concerned at their actions. Especially as its using a name you have trademarked as yours.
May I remind you of what was said in a posting by Hardkernel, that a replacement unit would be sent to me , not a refund.
Returning items directly to you, might solve the problem for you but not for me.
FACT
The UK postal service will not accept any product for posting that has a battery in it, which means using an alternative carrier
that costs more than the value of the RTC .
I can recycle the eMMC card in one of my odroids, and the power supply keep as a spare, the ones supplied in the UK are unreliable, I have already had to
replace both supplies for my C1+ and C2.
The remote controller was on I used for my C1+, which is not used any more
That leaves the RTC and C2 case
Due to the battery restrictions in the UK on postage this would either have to be returned without the battery or sent by courior.
The cost of sending the RTC and C2 case is more than the value of the two items
So your offer may close this for you , but it would cost me another GBP20 to return goods to the value of GBP15 or less , not very logical.

I've also noticed that the one dealer outside the UK, who will ship to the UK is Antratek, has now stopped stocking the C2, only the XU4,N2 & HC2 are stocked
I could upgrade to a N2 and pass my C2 to my son , but for my use a N2 has more facilities than I need at the moment., maybe in the future.

I also remind you that had my initial request for assistance on the forum been answered, this situation would not have arisen

This will not go away

We could send you a replacement.
But we believed it should not work in your place since your board didn't have any IR issue here as we explained.
So we wanted to stop the infinite loop.

Let me check whether we can pay for the shipping cost or not.
There seem to be too many exceptions and I'm attacking our policy by myself.
I'll get back to you 24 hours later. it is already 19:22 here Korea.

BTW, ODROID couldn't be an official trademark since Google and Lucasfilm own *DROID*.

Lets get something straight

THERE IS NO INTERFERENCE ISSUE IN MY HOME , and the board was defective here as well !

My C2 works perfectly well its used every day to stream TV shows from various countries, mainly the USA
A replacement should work exactly as mine.
Also bear in mind ALL traceabilty on the returned unit was lost by the way the UK dealer handled it.
Had I known the unit would eventually end up back in Korea , I would have put a marker on the PCB , I have security marking fluid which has special properties when
illuminated with UV light.
I know that unit was faulty Everything was checked by substitution, more than once , including the s/w, which was downloaded and tested twice on both of the C2s
one worked on didn't.
When I spoke on the phone to the UK dealer , expained what the problem was and and what had been done with substitution of all components, including the eMMC card,
they said to return it and a replacement would be sent to me straight away.
However, that was misrepresentation,
I am being called a liar and I don't like it !!

The UK dealers testing was to plug a sd card in to the board and connect it to a monitor and PSU, and if it booted up and a display was seen , as far as they were concerned it was working.
That is NOT a method for fault finding, thats just one stage better than plugging a PSU and to see if smoke is generated , and if none say it works.
The mantra of not using it properly is rubbish.
Are all the users of C1+ and C2's who use their boards for streaming video and audio all wrong ?????, Of course not

You say HK have sold thousands of C2s and IR remotes and I'm the only one with a problem, so You have never had a C2 or IR remote fail ???
Is your manufacturing Six Sigma ?, so you only randomly test what comes off the end of the production line,
Congratulations if your production standard has reached that level, but I seriously doubt if it has, as new products like the N2 are being assembled.

We didn't call you a liar.
We just couldn't reproduce the issue here and we couldn't find what we could do for you anymore.

Right. the IR receiver issue was the first time if I remember correctly even though we couldn't reproduce the issue here.
We still have around 10~20 RMAs per month while we ship over 10K of ODROID boards every month.
I have to say 0.1~0.2% of defective rate is quite high and it must be very far from the six-sigma level.

BTW, we have no ownership of the ODROID brand. Everybody can use it if Google allows. We got a permission from Google a few years ago.
But I have no idea if UK dealer has a permission or not. It seems to be an off-topic at this moment.

Please ship all of your C2 related items to us and let me know the tracking number and a copy of courier receipt via my PM.
Once we receive your package, we will refund including the courier cost to your paypal account.
I hope this exception might not break our official warranty/RMA rules too much.
