Micropython and Mac

Unread post by maus » Mon Jan 14, 2019 12:10 am

Hi All,
I'm trying to connect my mac to the o-go but can't find the right /dev/tty thing to connect to in the shell window. Anyone know how to find out which tty it is?

Thanks,
Maus

P.S. I'm sure I'll have more questions later, but just need to get connected first.

I looked for /dev/cu.SLAB... and no luck. The closest I found was /dev/tty.Bluetooth-Incoming-Port

I also tried all the ones that were created today such as /dev/ptmx, /dev/bpf2, etc with no luck.

Is there a driver I should have installed or something?

Yes, you have to install a driver for Mac OS.
