Hello,
I'm trying to boot from USB with a Kde Neon Linux without success (is a 18.04 Ubuntu with Kde Desktop from Kde community ).
Kde Neon must
I have created the Usb with Rufus software, an Ubuntu 18.10 Usb that boots and could be installed successfully.
I suspect that there is a problem related with Uefi bios. Can I disable the secure boot in the Bios to use legacy boot?
Another Operating systems that boots and could be installed are: Windows 10 and Ubuntu Server. But Ubuntu Minimal cannot boot in uefi mode and doesn’t work.
Any Idea?

No, sadly the cpu supports only uefi and not legacy bios mode.

Re: KdeNeon doesn't boot from USB
Kde Neon should work. I don't have an H2 but have installed kde neon on uefi only systems before with out issue.
Maybe try making the install usb with the ROSA Image Writer instead of Rufus, since this is how the kde neon site suggests to do it.
I don't use windows so not familiar with these windows based image writing programs, there might be some difference between them in how the image is written to the usb.
