Tried to get the doom with sound one and the keen one working. Doom starts to flash, but after "writing" finishes, the screen goes black with the backlight on and nothing more happens. When I try to flash keen, it just says header match error or something like that.

Thanks for the reply. For some reason it just worked now, on the fifth or so attempt.

On both keen and opentyrian I get the header match error when trying to flash.

Make sure you have the latest firmware:
https://github.com/OtherCrashOverride/o ... g/20181001

Also, try deleting and redownloading the applications. If none of the above works, try a different brand of SD card.

On the latest firmware I think (it says ver: 20181001-ba...something), and I have tried redownloading several times, and switched sd card. I struggled to find working sd cards last time I was having a go at this thing, but the couple of ones I have now seem to be working fine with the standard launcher and the retro esp32 launcher, and now I got doom working too. Could the sd card thing be so sensitive that some stuff works and other stuff doesnt?

There should not be any issues if the application (.fw) is compiled with the patched esp-idf:

If the application was compiled with a different esp-idf, you may encounter issues with certain brands of SD card.
