Hello ,Everyone .

I am new to Linux,and I got a Odriod C2 board , I learn to compile and write the unboot and kernel into a samsung 32 micro SD card according to Wiki:

https://wiki.odroid.com/odroid-c2/odroid-c2

,from the terminator ,it seems that the uboot is running ,but can not boot into kernel .and the message from the terminator is as below:

You can find good way to compile the linux kernel on devel board. using following instructions depend on the development board you are compiling.
Code: Select all
https://github.com/umiddelb/armhf/wiki/How-To-compile-a-custom-Linux-kernel-for-your-ARM-device

From the above logs it seem that boot.ini file needed to load the kernel image is missing.
Code: Select all
MMC read: dev # 0, block # 61024, count 2048 ... 2048 blocks read: OK
hpd_state=1
[CANVAS]addr=0x3f800000 width=3840, height=1440

set hdmitx VIC = 16
hdmitx phy setting done
set hdmitx VIC = 16
hdmitx phy setting done

Dear ,"moon.linux", from the link you send ,I need to run the Odriod C2 with Ubantu first ,then I can start to compile the kernel on the Odriod C2 board according to the guide ,right ? is it very slow and time cost to compile the kernel on C2 board ?thanks

You are using wrong image and board file for odroid c2 board.

If you re write the image official image from below link.
Code: Select all
https://wiki.odroid.com/odroid-c2/os_images/ubuntu/v3.0
image

If you want to compile you own kernel you could follow official instructions from the wiki.
Code: Select all
https://wiki.odroid.com/odroid-c2/software/building_kernel#compile_installation
