Odroid C2 HDMI out not showing

I have an Odroid C2 connected to a 23inch desktop TFT with HDMI. Everything was working well until I did restart from the android platform. Once I did a restart to the board I cannot see anything on the LCD any more. I connected the 7inch LCD from hard kernel and initially I can see flickering of the Hard Kernel logo. But then nothing else appears.

On the board I can see that there is the blue light blinking two times and then pause for approximately 1-2seconds but cannot understand the issue with the HDMI output.

My board is currently using Android on an eMMC module.

What is the native resolution of your 23" display?
Did you install v4.1 image to your eMMC?

The display is a Full HD (1080p) 1920 x 1080 at 60 Hz. I updated with the latest version of Marshmallow that you linked and still the same issue. Sorry but noticed that the board is not using the eMMc module but an SD card.

I connected using UART to the board and on startup I am getting the below output:

Hi all, sorry but it seems that now after multiple on and offs its working. The only thing different that I did was connect the USB dongle. Don't know if maybe I was doing something wrong before but my screen was not detecting the HDMI output of the board.
