my Bluetooth signal isn’t strong enough ?

Unread postby atarioldskool » Tue Jun 12, 2018 2:21 am

I purchased the hard kernel Bluetooth dongle 4.0 and using 8bitdo SNES style controllers but I’m order for my controller to be responsive I have to sit no more 3-4 feet away from the xu4
Any thing further then it gets unresponsive and doesn’t work properly
My sofa is like 9ft away from my tv and the tv is 55” big so sitting like 3-4 feet from the tv messes my eyes up

Any suggestions ??

It's either the controller or the placement of your device, the range on the HK 4.0 dongle is okay as I have tested it extensively.

Try to plug the dongle to USB 2.0 port instead of 3.0 port.
Or use a USB 2.0 extension cable to reduce any possible RF interference.
