Special Function pin as GPIO

I cant able to set Input/Output mode for TXD1 and RXD1 pin for Odroid C2(version 0.2 20171114) .Can I able to set Special function pin as GPIO pin?

Do you want to convert them as gpio? In this case you need to edit the dtb and disable the secondary serial port.

Thanks for your response and one more doubt, In Odroid C2 if i need to change default value for GPIO Input level then also I need edit the dtb file ? or any other method to change the default value of Input mode GPIO?

I think you need to change the dtb, or you can change it after boot from user space if you don't mind a few seconds worth of uncertainty.
