C2 stoped ... no red light

Unread post by KC7NOA » Tue May 08, 2018 3:43 am

My c2 has stopped working ...

No red light with 5v power pluged in ..

I think pin40 got grounded when i unpluged a usb device

Would that destroy the c2?

The GPIO have no protection so yes it's possible. You sure it was 40 and not 2, guessing by location you are.

I think that means you blew out the protection circuit, but I'm not positive.

@odroid or someone more knowledgeable than myself?

It should be ok as long as input power is stable. Otherwise it will damage the soc.
