Hi.
How to power VU7C screen without using C4 or N2+ ?
I looked out the schematics but I don't want to damage the screen.
I think I need ground,
pin1 for 3.3v
pin2 for 5v
Pin12 for brightness control
Pin 27, 28, 29, 31 for touchscreen
Pin 38 don't know what it is ?
Is it sufficient? Did I miss something?
Any help appreciated, thanks!

Re: Power on VU7C independently
There is no way to use the Vu7C without C4/N2 because the HDMI interface IC must be initialized via I2C bus from the N2/C4 CPU.
Note that HDMI interface IC LT8619C initialization code was merged into u-boot since official Android OS image 2022 Feb 22nd version.

You can ignore Pin 38 which is a 1.8Volt power rail.
But, you have to connect Pin 23, 24 and 36 to the C4/N2 for proper and essential initialization process of the LT8619C chip.
Otherwise, there will be nothing on the screen.

Re: Power on VU7C independently
Thanks for your help
In fact, I will use N2+, but the reason I ask this is that I need to use some gpio pins with shutdownservice app by joerg.
So I can't connect directly N2+ to the gpio header, and need to know what pins are needed for VU7C
