Hello. I am hoping I can have some guidance in how I can achieve this. I have bought the UART USB adapter, and I connected that directly into my arduino. I have tried setting up UsbManager in Android and connecting with openDevice, but I can't find the device connected on the listed devices. Is there a step I am missing? Possibly something on the Arduino?
Thanks for the help in advance.

Yes, I am developing my own app. I scrapped using the UART to USB completely and just went to USB Serial directly. It works wonderfully now.
