N2 plus all USB ports dead please advise

Post by cyphertwo »

Hi, I purchased the N2+ from the official UK reseller. I asked them and they said they cannot help, as its been a year I think.

The device boots on, internal remote works. No USB device is recognised.

I had read reports of USB problems in the past but the odroid was a great device. Can I fix it?

Can you show us "lsusb" and "lsusb -t" outputs via SSH session console?

You've helped with the commands before, but how do I do this
? I'm not too proficient.

First of all, which OS do you run, and where did you get the image?
If you run Linux, these commands must be typed into a terminal. On Android, I'm not sure, but if there is a terminal, they should work too.

On Android you generally use adb shell.
