Bent PCB

The PCB bent phenomenon have been found randomly in our production process.
The PCB bent could be somewhat reduced by slightly loosening or tightening the screws.

I loosened the screws immediately and the photo was taken after that. Today the tile looks a bit better. Nevertheless, concerns remain about the continuity of delicate paths. Such a bent laminate can do a lot of damage.

Probably not.
The bent PCB phenomenon appears relatively frequently in the C1/C2/C4 series, and more than 500,000 units have been shipped, but we have not found any cases where the PCB bending problem has affected the operation/performance/durability.

Ok, everything seems fine with the M1. The plate returned to its normal shape after a few days. Hope nothing will happen in the future.

PS. It's good for Hardkernel to think about some distances to prevent the plate from bending like this.
