blowm up c-4

um i was running my c-4 on a woood desktop bemch it booted then into petitboot it came to the desktop then it froozze i could not use the usb ports died i was using a h-k 12v supply and hdmi to my screen it just froze i tredother devices on the usb lines but i could not get any of them to work..seems

the usb chip gets so hot i cannot touch it this was when you raed my post about throwing it in the bin how ever i omly had it 3 weeks ans it blew up

can i get a repacement .??? or storecredit i am womdering about an m-1 now buying the usb sockets and the heatsink get to hot to touch soits blown i dont know how sorry about my spelling i need new hard ware and glasseses for typing the diabeaties and my sight problem.. @odroid

it does boot to some degree the hdmi works to some degree theboard gets really hot i can uart into it an get part there of the kernal to b oot but no response from theusb ports cannoty find a usb 2 micro device here anywhere adapter that is i cannot get to the command line using puyyt
