i now have firefox running on it 32 bit but slow but running a browserfor those build 55 edition once installed open a prompt and type

just browse firefox 55 crashing for those who can code ..if not look up moonlights posts...i started with 52,xx.xx now i think i`m at 57 ..still hacking code.. phase....///...

thought to my self y has not a further upgrade been released since 20.04.. not even a partial so i srted out on upgradeing the software..

standard sudo do release upgrade kept crashuing a..with lleaving me with unmet dependices and a system that was not useable coulld npt install neither run a browser ..so i engauged the devopment pacakes..this helped but never solved the problem even though i had jammy working and its ppa`s it would still not me run a browser then i remenbered how we had the issue of the c-2 when it was first released..we had no firefox..nor does the upgrade alloew chromium to run..si i searched for the thread that allowed firefox 32 bit to run on the c-2.. now the snap store even loads there versuion of fire fpox but it dont work no browser would work the software updater started to spit out partial upgrades to 21,10 ..but this still broke xorg..the loading of 52 fire fox with armhf packages worked if you open a prompt and code manually firefox would open then i had in all my time before i started to work with the c-4 any relaease upgrades from conical..after i did some work looking at what broke they started to throw in gui upgrades i was doing all mine via command line..still 57 crashes but does not break the system so i kept at it ignoring the gui upgrades sticking with my command line like i generally do even windows i open firefox as admin via a command prompt ..funny hey..hoe evever ..it was now allowing the system to be usable still not perfect but .dont use firefox snap grab the deb package and install it any unmet dep`s just remove them purge the origanal fire fox,,, then use gdebi package manager to install firefox 52.. its old but it makes the system useable in so many ways without a browser what do yoyu have a data processor not much use for the end user now it offers up in devolpment 22.04 when you do a rekllease upgrade.....a uart is most handy and a second screen.. two keyboards and mouseeses..etc.etc..but you get the idea.....phase..peace out..dont allowe any gui packages to install at the time i am writeing this it will braeak the system or it will stop firfox from running look at the thread i meantioned earlier..firdfox 55 crashing..its`s all there.....///...///...

i have no doubt that if i had an n-2 running it would be on that as well easyily..i have my n-1 sill but needs a re for the video part of the cct to run ..think its a 5 pin cannot salvage from an n-2 but my n1 still runs via a uart fine asnd well...///...

hence the reason for running a uart and command prompt on your gui screen so you actually have 2 consolesopen so if the one on ytour gui command prompt breaks u can use your uaret putty or minicom to fix the gui system if it needs attentention.. you can un bradk the system viia the uart and fix the system and have it up and running done it now a few times with 57 ctashing so i revert it back to 52 just by removing firefox..rtc..etc..or whatever package braks the system....~!!!!

Typically on a Linux system if the GUI locks up you can use Ctrl + Alt + F2 (F1 is where the GUI is generally started from) and login to the terminal.

not always @rooted but in most cases i hit F7 notf1 however i well its better if you have 2 screens so you can always delte programs that cause the system to break i think that is the word anyway thx..
