I have 2 problems with the HC4 cover. One more than I had with the HC1 cover.
There is no provision for running the uart cable through the cover so you can have a permanent serial console.

and how since I had to have just wires with only the metal connectors, I was able to pass that through a vent hole. There should be a opening large enough to pass through the Molex5268-04 connector HardKernel sells.
2.5" sata drives are supported with the HC4, but not supported in the case! They just kind of wobble, standing on the heads (or is it tails?). What I have done is take a couple Styrofoam 'S' packing peanuts (that came in my shipping box) and wedged them in between the cover and the drives. I figure where things are there SHOULD not be a static problem, but I am looking for a non-static risk item to use instead.
Obviously I have to work with the cover I have, and I probably will not be getting another one. Or maybe I will. But I think these two points could be addressed.

Where? And of course, I do not have a 3D printer. I would have to get someone around here to do it for me.
