RISC-V board from Hardkernel?

We've been looking for a RISC-V based application processor which has a built-in GPU.
But, it seems not to exist yet.

tldr: Dual core CPU and 4GB RAM for $119 late this year. 8GB option for $149.
8GB version available now if you register into beta-testing program, but they admit the software is not ready.
The partnership consists of three giants in the market, some chip manufacturer, BeagleBoard and Seeed Studios.

For me that's a reason why RISC-V board from Hardkernel has a long way before we ever see anything like it. It would be expensive, probably underperforming compared to XU4 alone, and would need tons of work on software.
