I see in the documentation that raid is an option. Considering one of these to run dietpi/nextcloud to have two ssd drives for the data mirrored.
Is raid configured inside the os? i.e. dietpi. Or is that config don't outside the os?

If you plan to use BTRFS filesystem setting up RAID1 configuration is easy enough. I placed some steps here for a project im working on which includes setting up the HDD for RAID1 viewtopic.php?f=206&t=40971
