Why HardKernel don't answer our mails ?!

Hi guys!

I'm Fabrice, the CM of Recalbox OS, the Retrogaming system
We are working hard (and for free...) to make Recalbox compatible with different Odroid cards (Odroid XU4, Odroid XU4Q, Odroid XU4 OGST Case, Odroid Go Advance, Odroid Go Super), and this, since 2017.

However, since that date (4 YEARS!!), HardKernel has never wanted to answer any of our many emails...

Is there a problem?
Why this silence?
Why don't you want to work with us?

All our team really appreciate your products, and we could do so much more, but... your silence is just discouraging.

How do you know "never wanted"? You ascribe to Hardkernel a specific motif?

Email is not a medium with guaranteed delivery,
some messages are silently eaten early by the mail server,
some messages may then be classified by an account specific spam filter as "junk email" - and then drown in the pile amongst many others.

Why I say that - I recently wondered about something similar, then I figured out that when I send perfectly legitimate short "plain text" mails, O365 users tend to find them in their junk folder and ignore them, while when I send the same text as "HTML" mail they receive it just fine...

We had chosen the way of emails because we found it more direct and more "official". Sorry for the mistake.

We are looking to contact you because we appreciate your products, and this, for years.
Today we would like to develop a real collaboration in 2021.

We would very much like to have a privileged discussion channel with your team of developers in order to have access to different technical resources, but also to be aware of your news/projects and receive development samples, with the goal of making our Retrogaming OS 100% compatible the day your new products are officialy announced.

In addition, we have a growing community of +100k followers, we are Twitch Partner, and we could showcase your products through contests, etc.

Finally, we would love to get closer to you to brainstorm together about the future of hardware, and (why not!) develop together the ultimate hardware for the mini-retrogaming-console of the future!
