H2+'s Expansion Header Power Limitations

Hello everyone.

How much current can be drawn from the GPIO pin(s)? (summary and from each one)
How much current can the 3.3V pin on the expansion header supply?
How much current can the 5V pin supply?

I mean is it safe connect to GPIO pin(s) and powering such things like servo motor, banch of LEDs, one or several LCDs, I2C sensors?
As I've know there is the restrictions on Raspberi Pi GPIO and powering pins, so what about H2+ board.

+3.3V_RUN can source 500mA.
+5V_RUN can source 500mA.
+V5P0A can source 200mA (always on)
I2C and UART GPIO pins are 3.3volt interface. Their sink/source current is limited at 4mA.
