OG Xbox PC build

Unread post by teeedubb » Fri Nov 15, 2019 12:34 pm

Hey Guys,

This is something I've wanted to do for a long time, and the H2 is probably the best hardware available right now to do it with.
All the info is contained in the imgur post and I'll bump this one each time something is added.

Interesting build.
Note that combo nvme wifi+bt cards may not work fully (the bt may use some unconnected pins and may not work). Search the forum about it.

Also - how do you make alt tab show on only one display?

Regarding DXVK - check out this article: https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source= ... hNmYzAfrGH

The wifi pcie cards I have I have in my desktop has a usb plug for the bt portion of the module, and the one I have ordered is the same, so fingers crossed this one will work ok.

The alternate tab switcher I came across is Skippy-XD. I have not gotten around to trying it. https://askubuntu.com/a/409276/171708

Thanks for that link, there's some solid info in there.

The nvme to wifi adapter came today and I can confirm it works. BT data is sent via USB, though not power.
Link if anyone is interested
Its currently paired with a intel 7265ngw and I'm 99% sure a 9260 would work in there (I replaced the 7265 in my laptop with a 9260)

Also, bump for more images added.
