oCam-1CGN vs oCam-1MGN

Whats the difference between the oCam-1CGN and the oCam-1MGN besides the ability to sense color? Both has the same price, so i was wondering if the oCam-1MGN has any advantage over the color counterpart?

oCam-1CGN-U generates the original resolution through Bayer RGB - True RGB conversion.
In short, 4 pixels of R/G/G/B are converted to RGB1 / RGB2 / RGB3 / RGB3 4 pixel values, If you are not familiar with this.

Whereas, oCam-1MGN-U provides the original sensor resolution as the output resolution.
In other words, 4 pixels of Gray1 / Gray2 / Gray3 / Gray4 are transferred as Gray1 / Gray2 / Gray3 / Gray4, maintaining the raw values.
So, oCam-1MGN-U provides better fidelity over resolution.

Can we expect the oCam-1MGN-U camera to be brighter and less noisy?
