Display Problem

I don't know if it was from the beginning, but read anything within nes - super mario.

I am just having bad luck? Or is there something I can do or tweak?

It seems if everything is too bright.

Try testing using the official device firmware and official go-play application. Ensure you turn the device off and back on after flashing. If the color is still incorrect, it may be a defective LCD panel.

Thanks for the quick answer.

I have now flashed
* odroid-go-firmware-20181001.img
* and the original GO-Play firmware
* and I did a power off and on

It's still still bright. If I look from a different angle in reality it looks perfect, much much better than the photo.

The TFT LCD glass is not a wide-viewing angle type. So the color/brightness could be different by a different viewing angle.

Did you set the same brightness level with two GO devices?
Hold Start, and press Up/Down to adjust the backlight brightness.

I verified it with both devices. The contrast with bright colors seems very limited.

I see. I think one of your LCD module is defective. :(
Where/when did you purchase the Go?

2018-07-30 from "pollin.de". I played only gameboy games. I didn't notice the issue until I tried Super Mario for the NES. Sometimes I was wondering why the contrast was strange but ignored it.
