It is very simple to install Windows 10 on H2.

You don't have to use a USB DVD drive and a Windows 10 installation DVD disk.
The only thing you should use is a USB stick, which is above 16GB recommended.

H2 does support USB booting, so you can create a Windows 10 USB boot drive and can use it.
Just download Windows 10 iso file from Microsoft, and flash it using Rufus if you on Windows 10. One thing you should keep in mind is you have to select "Only for UEFI" option when you create your USB boot drive.

And that RAM looks suitable for H2, in the sight of clock speed (2400MHz) and clock timing (CL17). Also, it is listed in our confirmed RAM list.
Please refer to this Wiki page to know confirmed RAM modules: https://wiki.odroid.com/odroid-h2/hardware/ram

i really dont have any exp with the H-2 but i have a 3150 nuc win box so i am looking at something faster ...which the h-2 fits into its place..having better connectors and peripherals

4G+4G will give you much better user experience thanks to the dual-channel DRAM interface.
