My N2 board problem -- maybe about to die
Hello,
i received my N2 board (4GB Model), then installed Android 9, it was working fine on my PC monitor as well as the TV.
turned it off using Android UI, after a couple of hours, i turned it on again by unplugging the power jack and inserting it back.
then i noticed that the red led is not turning on, so i thought there might be power problem, but right then i noticed that the blue led started flashing (still the red led is off) and no signal on the TV.
i unplugged it from the TV and connected to to my PC (still no red led, only blue blinking) and i was able to get a signal on my PC screen, then i tried to use my keyboard (which was working perfectly) but no power signal on the keyboard.
i have tried all 4 USBs, none worked, then i switched to SPI mode and i could see petitboot but again no power on the 4 USBs.
note that i use the power adapter that came with the N2
can you please help?

Before we decide whether you need RMA, could you please test one more thing on your end for me?
I've sent you a PM and sorry for the inconvenience...

Re: My N2 board problem -- maybe about to die
Since we've done some work in order to indicate the problem for sure before RMA and it does not help to make your ODROID-N2 work, please drop an email to odroid at hardkernel dot com with the link of this thread and any proof you purchase from Hardkernel. I am going to help to proceed when your request is registered.
Thank you.

Hi, sorry for the delay.moutazsalem wrote: ↑Tue Apr 30, 2019 3:54 amHello @tobetter,

Your board is delivered and I had inspected to find out the problem. Apparently, what I've seen is that your board has defected at 5V DC rail for some reason and this leads the peripherals are not working properly. I am checking what's next for you, repair or replacement.
Please let me update you late today or tomorrow.
Thank you.
