If everything was right, there wouldn't be an issue would it?
The system complains that you do not have any ROMs in the system folder.
Most likely that means under /home/odroid/ROMS/<SYSTEM> you either don't have any ROMs at all, or the ROMs are in the wrong folders, or have the wrong file extension.
Either one of the above, or you have deleted the system settings and now have no configuration that matches the ROMs.
