XU4Q Software HamClock

Post by robertman »

Hello,

I use ODROID-XU4Q and try to program the software HamClock via Ubuntu.
Is anyone here to try the following commands ? Here it stops on the last command .
Here the commands working on other systems /

Go to Terminal mode:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
sudo apt install curl make g++ xorg-dev

Reboot computer en ga back to Terminal mode.

curl -o ESPHamClock.zip http://www.clearskyinstitute.com/ham/Ha ... mClock.zip
unzip ESPHamClock.zip
cd ESPHamClock
make -j 4 hamclock-800x480
Opgepast de Ham Clock kent maar 4 videomodes : 800 x 480 - 1600 x 960 - 2400 x 1440 - 3200 x 1920

Reboot again computer.

Make a desktop icon for Ham Clock:

Right mouse click and en select : Create Launcher

Name: Ham Clock
Comment:
Command: ./hamclock-800x480
Working Directory: /home/[your-username]/ESPHamClock
Icon: selecteer een icoon indien gewenst

Pse help ; I try it on diff. Linux systems

Regards from Belgium Robert ON7IM ( Ham Radio )
