Auto restart after power outage possible?

I have built a personal server running Start9 on a Odroid H3. Last night we had a power outage for some hours and I now realise the computer needs to be restarted with the power button. I run a bitcoin and lightning node and I would like to minimise the risk of corrupting my channel balances after prolonged power outage. Is there a way to have the computer restart after a power outage shutdown? I have run a node on a Raspberry Pi for a couple of years so I am used to the node just auto restarting when power returns. Is this possible with the Odroid H3?
