XU-4 WiringPi WiringPiISR problem

Unread postby GLM » Tue Nov 14, 2017 7:48 pm

Hi,

i have a question about the wiringPi Hardkernel lib. I use the Odroid XU4 and this lib: https://github.com/hardkernel/wiringPi

When i register 2 separate functions on 2 separate GPIO´s to the function "wiringPiISR" only the second function will be called by the first pin. Below you can see an example.

wiringPiSetup();
pinMode(4, INPUT);
pinMode(21, INPUT);
pullUpDnControl(4, PUD_UP);
pullUpDnControl(21, PUD_UP);
int res = wiringPiISR(4, INT_EDGE_BOTH, &test);
int res2 = wiringPiISR(21, INT_EDGE_BOTH, &test2);

only the second function will be called. The first function only will be called when I not register the second function.
This problem didn´t occured on raspberry pi.

Can you help me ? Thanks!

Which kernel version do you run?
We will try to reproduce the issue on Kernel 4.9 and 4.14 soon.

Refer this guide.
https://wiki.odroid.com/odroid-xu4/soft ... .10_to_4.9

But, few people reported they had some issues while they updated it.
They should freshly install the OS image again.
So you have to backup your important data first.

We've been testing the GPIO IRQ on XU4 Kernel 4.14.
It works well now.
A trial Ubuntu image will be available in a week hopefully.
