I purchased 3 devices from Hardkernel; C2, HC1 & HC2. Out of three products two arrived dead. The first unit C2 I paid for shipping back to Korea and it was replaced. The second defective product HC2 I refused to pay for shipping. Why would I be penalized for getting a defective board? I think the company should cover all costs for sending a dead device twice. I lost confidence in the quality of their products and the dismissive attitude to their customers. I’m trusting my Hardkernel devices. If you want my HC2 and deal with HK send to me a personal message. You can deal with Hardkernel, I’m no longer buying their products. Products.
