Show Machine Model Name

Unread post by additude » Fri Nov 01, 2019 11:00 pm

Is there a simple command that I can run that returns the Model Name, like "Odroid XU4", "Odroid-N2", "Odroid-MC1"?
It seems dmidecode that might work doesn't like ARM's....
Anything else simple?
I guess simple is not easy....
Thanks.

Both works.
1. /sys/firmware/devicetree/base/model
2. /proc/device-tree/model
