Dolphin Emulator on ODROID-N2/N2PLus/N2L with Panfrost driver is tested and testing OS images are uploaded. These images are customized to run Dolphin Emulator that is packaged and installed. Since Dolphin Emulator runs in better performance on X windows session than Wayland session, the image starts with minimal LXDE environment.

The performance of Dolphin Emulator changes in wide range from 35 to 55 and still the audio playback is very choppy, but input response looks like reasonable to me.

I've been using dolphin on my Debian Image for over a year by now (first in late 2021) and I can confirm that it's running rather nice on our 64bit ODROIDs.
First been playing it on the N1 and later on the N2 and C4, with the N2 series really coming out on top performance wise.
I also have packages for dolphin in my repository since late 2021, so for anyone with Debian 11 and X11 want to try, packages are available for that as well
