the newly bought UPS3 got overheat

I had bought 2 UPS2 and 1 UPS3 before, so full experience on the switches, C1 or C2, on or off, however, the newly bought 2pc of UPS3 got the problem of overheat, my C1+ board red led keep flashing, and then the UPS board overheat. How to go forward?

Remove the C1+ from UPS3 and let me know the LCD status on UPS3 board.

is blue when connected power, and no light if no power, same as usual before

Remove the battery and check the blue LED.
It must be blinking rapidly.

If the red LED keeps flashing, the output voltage from the UPS3 should be a problem.
Please keep charging the UPS3 board and connect it to C1+ once the blue LED is off.
It will narrow down the root causes.

But overheat is not the battery, it is the UPS3 board overheat
