RMA Process for SmartPower2 board only

Is there anybody on the forum that's able to provide me with directions to the RMA process (is it initiated via odroid@hardkernel.com)?

FYI: My SmartPower2 gave out last night after setup from having been in storage for a year (less than an hour of use on the peripheral). I only need repair and/or replacement for the SmartPower2 mainboard only (no need for power brick or lcd or cables-they're all nominal).

Our warranty period is not so long and we don't sell the mainboard separately. Sorry about that.
