U3 had no Android 5.x BSP.
Exynos4412 supported only Android 4.4

BTW, you posted a U3 question on XU4 sub-forum.
I will move it soon.

I've built my own android (lollipop), used some voodik sources, but I need to be able to flash into sdcard and boot :-) i've found https://github.com/hardkernel/u-boot.git and used sd_fuse.sh, now blue led is on when device starts, but thats all, no android booting. i've updated boot.scr with no luck, could you please write some instructions how to create bootable sdcard?

my boot.scr (copied only changed lines)

fatload mmc 0:1 44000000 system_aa;
fatload mmc 0:1 45000000 system_ab;
fatload mmc 0:1 46000000 system_ac;

fatload mmc 0:1 5D000000 userdata_ab;
fatload mmc 0:1 5E000000 userdata_ac;

fatload mmc 0:1 41000000 cache_aa;

fdisk -c ${device}

fastboot flash system 44000000 0 ${device};

fastboot flash userdata 5C000000 0 ${device};

fastboot flash cache 41000000 0 ${device};

sdcard looks:

/dev/disk2 (disk image):
#: TYPE NAME SIZE IDENTIFIER
0: FDisk_partition_scheme +629.1 MB disk2
1: DOS_FAT_32 524.3 MB disk2s1

where first 100MB is empty with data generated by sd_fuse.sh and after it is 500MB of fat32 partition with system, cache, etc like in your stock sdboot img
