I think is a CM10 .img problem
I confirm. During trying to download a file by broweser or tTtorrent, it complains about sdcard not mounted. I tried to mount attached pendrive to /sdcard and /storage, but it didnt fix it.
I looked at this a while back. In order to have a fully operational CM install on an SDCARD only, I believe we need a 5 partition setup. My understanding is when you use the FAT partition to do the CM install, it then basically takes that partition and uses it for system, and the FAT partition is no longer able to be mounted at the SDCARD mount point.
So an additional FAT partition would need to be created (in a logical partition) and then the vold.stab and/or init.rc (or init.odroid.rc) would need to be modified to mount the new partition as the SDCARD mount point. I would take a shot at trying to do this and recompile into the kernel/boot, but haven't done much linux progamming and don't have a machine setup to perform the compiles. If no one has this kind of setup available I can work on getting linux setup on one of my laptops to see if I can get a 5 partition setup going for CM..

As you see. I have put the files in the root of my EMMC fat32 partition, still nothing happends when i boot up. Should it get into recovery by itself?

The same to you. What are you trying to do?

The bootstrap command is for the whole emmc, not for the fat32 partition.

I want to put the files for the cyanogenmod on the root of my fat partition. But the only partition on windows i can see is the one in the picture above. It seems to be the SD card folder on the EMMC

You are trying to install Cyanogenmod on Odroid Android with copying the Cyanogenmod Files onto your eMMC without bootstrap or dd-command? Maybe you want to provide us with the informations, how you try to install CM?

Ive tried to do it via windows. But the problem is, that the only folder i can access on my emmc card, via the emmc reader, is the "SDCARD" folder. I cant access the main partition. Just to be clear: Should i copy the files onto a fresh installed EMMC, with etc the newest odroid image? Because when i have flashed and installed etc the JB 1.5, i can see the boot files etc, but if i boot the emmc up with the u2 and then afterwards tries to connect the emmc to my windows pc, i cant see those files anymore, and the only folder i can access is the "SDcard" folder (as shown above).... im very new to all this and cant seem to find out how it works...

Mainly there is no Copying of Cyanogen to eMMC, it's the same like flashing Odroid Android to the eMMC.

So your main fail is, that you unzipped the recovery folder in an extra folder on your SD-Card partition. The content of the folder need to copy at your root partition of SD-CARD.

I had huge problems trying to get Clockwork Mod Recovery to boot, it kept on giving me strange errors that it was an incorrect filetype for that command, even after I nuked the partition tables multiple times and re-imaged the emmc/sdcard multiple times. Thanks to mdrjr the solution that finally fixed it was to zero out the entire media via sudo dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/[device name] as for the CM on sdcard errors everyone was talking about I don't have issues flashing or booting it, the issues that I ran into were it not detecting the /data or /sdcard partitions at all, even though sdcard1 was there. That's just a problem with vold.fstab, I'm going to assume that the problem with /data was also that (it was probably looking for the partition on mmc0 when it should have been looking on mmc1). Once I zeroed out my emmc (took about an hour or two, 16 GB) and bootstrapped CM10.1, put the recovery files on there, booted to recovery and flashed the latest nightly everything is golden!

I'm trying to install CM on my U2 however the Linux approach doesn't work for me (the script finishes suspiciously quickly) & I can't try the Windows approach because the recovery file (http://cyanogenmod.org/rc/odroidu2-recovery.zip) is 404 - can anybody upload a copy of this file for me?

Edit: Ah, beta 1.6 already includes CWM recovery so you can just use that to install CM.

For me it worked by installing HK Beta 1.6 and then put cm10.1 image in the updater folder, then update to CM10.1 :)
