Ok, took some decoding to do but it worked. My mistake was that i was trying to install 32b drive on a 64b system.
In case some one has trouble decoding the korean doodles ;) here is what i did.

Go to device manager select odroid - properties-update driver
update driver.jpg
Choose search location

Then choose location to search which is where you extracted the downloaded drive

Install the driver software anyway at the prompt

and you done

I tried the same steps and got the driver installed.

But adb still couldn't find the device.

Anyone knows how to solve it?

Thanks
