ODROID-Q LCD touch controller

What is the touch panel used in the ODROID-Q? From the schematics, I see that an I2C bus is used to connect to the touch panel. I am trying to find out what touch chip is used in that touch panel.

I don't know the exactly Touch IC used, its manufactured by Tei Corporation. The screen itself is manufactured by Samsung
