OGU not powering on

I just got my new ogu yesterday, but there is a problem tho



I used the usb cable that came with ogu to charge the device but it never turned on.

I have looked up this forum to troubleshoot and, found out that there are two leds that should turn on if it works properly.

But guess what? my ogu does not do anything. Either of press and holding the power button for 3 secs or more did nothing.


Is there anyone who had the same issue like mine?

Please help!
