Emulation problems with Neo-Geo and Mame

I copied the Neo-Geo bios in the Odroid but no roms working, when I launch a game appear a blue screen with the missing files but the text is so small and I can’t read.
Instead the mame doesn’t work with any rom.
Someone has the Same problems?
